Booking Process
Welcome to our Your Taxi Transfer. By using our online prebooking service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Online Booking: Customers can prebook a taxi through our website. You must provide accurate details including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, and time.
Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the booking details.
Airport fees: All Airport bookings are subject to the applicable airport drop off fee, there is an extra charge of up to £5.20 for dropping off passengers in one of the terminal drop-off zones at Heathrow Airport. Gatwick Airport £6. Stansted £7. Luton £5.
Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time will be charged at 100% of the booking fee.
Meet and greet airport bookings require pre payment, in which we will send you a secure and safe payment link via LOPAY or STRIPE. By clicking on the payment link, you will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your payment details. This ensures that your payment information is protected and processed safely. 50% of the total is required up front for Airport Pickups that originate at the chosen Airport.
Pricing and Payment: A fixed price fare will be provided during the booking process. The final fare may vary based on conditions, airport charges, and waiting time.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards & cash. Payment must be completed at the time of booking for airport pickups.
Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, and any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger.
Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers must be ready at the designated pick-up location at the booked time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before waiting time will be applied.
Driver Responsibilities: Drivers will strive to arrive at the pick-up location on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Drivers will ensure that the vehicle is safe and well-maintained. All drivers are licensed and follow local traffic regulations.
Liability: We are not responsible for any service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
